If we are vegan, lactose intolerant, or simply prefer it, we can substitute the milk for vegetable milk, oat, soy, rice, almond, etc..

If we want our smoothie to be cold when we want to drink it, we can add crushed ice or ice cubes just at the moment of serving it.

We can decorate the smoothie with a little ground cinnamon on top, chia or poppy seeds, or even some chopped nuts.

Banana and Date Smoothie

 3 Ripe bananas
 6 Pitted dates
 450 ml Milk
 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon powder
 30 g Chia seeds

Hydrate the chia seeds in the milk 15 minutes before preparing the recipe.

We mount the blade accessory on our EASYChef robot.

Add the 3 chopped bananas, the 6 dates, the milk with the seeds and the teaspoon of cinnamon.
