 200 g Mascarpone cheese
 100 g Dark chocolate in bars
 80 g Sugar
 20 g Butter
 1 Vanilla pod

We mount the blade accessory on our EASYChef robot.

Break 100 g chocolate with your hands and add it to the bowl of the food processor.

Chop 30 seconds at speed 9.

Set the chocolate aside in a bowl.

We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.

Add 500 ml of milk, four eggs, 200 g of mascarpone, 80 g of sugar and the seeds of a vanilla pod.

Cook for 15 minutes at 90ºC and speed 3.

We replace the extraction accessory with the blade accessory.

Add the chocolate and 20 g of butter.

Blend everything together for 2 and a half minutes at speed 7.

We reserve our cream in the fridge for at least four hours to cool down.
