Since all the fruits do not have the same characteristics, it is necessary to adjust the time necessary to reach the desired texture, for this as in this recipe we make a complete program 30 minutes and we taste the jam leaving it to cool a little. Later if necessary we program cycles of 5 minutes until we get the result

Keep in mind that the colder the jam is, the thicker it will be.

 300 g Sugar

Add 1 kg of clean strawberries without the stalk and cut in half, 300 g of sugar and 60 ml of lemon juice.

We close the food processor leaving the filler cap open to facilitate evaporation.

Cook for 30 minutes at 110ºC and speed 1.

We check that it has a texture of jam, for this we place a tablespoon on a plate and wait for it to cool. When hot, it's always normal for it to have a more runny texture.

If you still don't have the texture you want, let's move on to the next step.

Cook for 5 minutes at 110ºC and speed 1.

We check the texture of the jam by letting it cool a bit. If necessary, we repeat the previous step as long as necessary to obtain the desired texture.
