To prepare this recipe we have used cinnamon biscuits, it is a type of biscuit that is very well in this type of dessert, giving it that touch of cinnamon so nice.
If we prefer we can use the traditional Maria biscuit, or even wholemeal biscuits, that will depend on our tastes. When presenting our cream we can do it with pieces of biscuit on top, the contrast of the crunchy biscuit with the cream is very good, it also gives an extra flavor.

Cookie cream recipe

 150 g of cinnamon biscuits
 100 g of brown sugar
 30 ml caramel
 500 ml of liquid cream
 500 ml of milk
 1 sachet of curd
Küken ACCESSORIES
 Blade accessory

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 150 g of cookies.

Grind for 10 seconds at speed 12.

We add the rest of the ingredients; 100g of brown sugar, 30ml of liquid caramel, 500ml of liquid cream, 500ml of milk and a curd shell.

Cook for 9 minutes at 80ºC and speed 2.

We pour the contents into the containers we have chosen to serve them, we can use crystal glasses or small bowls.

Let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and they will be ready to drink.
