In this recipe we used sundried tomatoes in olive oil. If we are using dried dehydrated tomatoes, hydrate them in lukewarm water 30 minutes before preparing the recipe.

 160 g of toasted almonds
 70 g of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
 60 g of Parmesan cheese
 40 g of cured cheese
 1 clove of garlic
 45 ml of olive oil

Add 70g of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, 160g toasted and peeled almonds, 60g of Parmesan and 40g of aged cheese, both in medium pieces, a peeled clove of garlic and paprika and pepper to taste.
