When preparing this recipe, we need to take into account the time they have to be the previously bananas in the freezer, around 5 hours.

If we are vegans, lactose intolerant, or just prefer it, we can substitute cold milk with coconut milk or any other type of vegetable drink.

When it comes to freezing it's important to cover bananas well so that they don't take on flavors or aromas from other foods we have in the freezer. We can present our ice cream with blueberries or berries on top.

Homemade banana and blueberry ice cream recipe

 3 ripe bananas
 200 g of fresh or frozen blueberries
 75 ml of cold milk

First, we peel and chop the three bananas and put them in the freezer for at least 5 hours. If we use the fresh blueberries and put them in the freezer with the bananas.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add the three bananas, the 200 g of blueberries and 75 ml of cold milk.

Grind for 1 minute at speed 8.
