Delicious black rice dish with baby squid and prawns that will surprise everyone.

 350 g round rice
 500 g of cleaned baby squid
 200 g of peeled prawns
 2 squid ink bags
 100 g onion
 100 g of red pepper
 100 g of green pepper
 80 g of crushed tomato
 60 g leek
 2 garlic cloves
 700 ml of fish stock
 60 ml of olive oil
 Parsley
 Pepper
 Salt

Step 1. Mount the blade accessory on your food processor.

Step 2. Add 100g of coarsely chopped onion, 60g of chopped leek, only the white part, and two peeled garlic.

Step 3. Chop for 10 seconds on speed 5.

Step 4. Remove the lid and with the help of the spatula push the remains that may have been left on the wall of the glass to the bottom.

Step 5. Replace the blade accessory with the remover accessory.

Step 6. Add 60ml of olive oil.

Step 7. Cook for 10 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Step 8. Add 100g of red pepper and 100g of green pepper in small pieces.

Step 9. Cook for 6 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Step 10. Add 500g of well cleaned baby squid, 80g of crushed tomato, chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 11. Cook for 5 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Step 12. Add two bags of squid ink and 700ml of fish stock.

Step 13. Cook for 5 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Step 14. Add 350g of rice.

Step 15. Cook for 12 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Use a spoon to taste the stock a little and if necessary correct the salt. Add 200g of peeled prawns.

Step 17. Cook for 2 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.

Step 18. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.

Step 19. Our rice is ready, we place it in a dish and ready to serve.
