Recipe for Libritos with mushroom sauce
This dish of little books with mushroom sauce belongs to a group of special recipes to prepare for celebrations and special days, especially for Christmas parties.
To prepare the sauce we can use the mushrooms that we like the most, in the shops they sell trays with assorted fresh mushrooms, we can also use mushrooms or mushrooms that we have collected ourselves. If we want to give a more flavourful touch to our little books we can brown them in the frying pan for a few minutes before serving them, then add the sauce on top and they are ready to enjoy.
Dare to prepare these little books with mushroom sauce at home, success is guaranteed.

First of all, spread the chicken breasts on the worktop, season them with salt and pepper on both sides and place a slice of Serrano ham and a slice of cheese on each breast. With the help of butcher's twine, we close the chicken and put them aside.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 150g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion and two peeled cloves of garlic.
We chop 10 seconds at speed 6.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 50 ml of olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the deep steam tray in the robot and place the flat steam tray with the booklets in it on top. Put the lid on.
Bake for 15 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Remove the steam trays for a moment. Place 250g of chopped mushrooms and 50ml of white wine in the steamer bowl. Replace the steam trays.
Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
Remove the steam trays again. Add 200 ml of liquid cream into the mixing bowl of the food processor. Replace the steam trays, at this point we open the lid for a moment, turn the little books over and replace the lid.
Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
Remove the butcher's twine from the little books, place them in a serving dish and pour the mushroom sauce over them.
