When preparing this recipe we must take into account that we must fry the bacon in a separate pan while the cabbages are cooked in our food processor.

In a large frying pan with a little olive oil, fry the chopped garlic and the bacon cut into strips over a low heat. Meanwhile, prepare the Brussels sprouts in our Küken.
We mount the drive shaft in the robot's vessel.
Add 800 ml of water and place the basket with the 800 g of cleaned cabbage inside.
Cook for 18 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
Add the cabbages to the frying pan and sauté for 1 minute over high heat.
Add 30 ml of white wine and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Serve with a little freshly ground pepper on top.
