A simply spectacular fish and seafood recipe, a very easy dish to prepare with Küken and a brilliant result.

Cod with prawns

 4 pieces of fresh cod
 300 g of prawns
 200 g onion
 100 g carrot
 100 g of crushed tomato
 2 garlic cloves
 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
 50 ml of white wine
 300 ml of water
 1 sprig of parsley
 1 tsp of flour
 1 tsp sugar
 Pepper

Without any accessories in the mixing bowl, add 300ml of water and the shells and heads of the prawns, which you have previously peeled. Set the peeled prawns aside for later use.

In the next step, leave the filler cap of the lid open to allow excess steam to escape.

Cook in boil mode at 100ºC (6 minutes).

Discard the shells and heads of the prawns, and reserve the fumet obtained from cooking in a container for later use.

Rinse the mixing bowl of the food processor and mount the blade accessory.

Add 200g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion, 100g of peeled and sliced carrot, two peeled garlic and a sprig of parsley.

We chop 10 seconds at speed 6.

With the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have stuck to the wall of the glass.

We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.

Add 50 ml of olive oil and season to taste.

Put the deep steam trays aside for a moment and add 100g of crushed tomato, 50ml of white wine, the peeled prawns and a teaspoon of sugar to the glass of the food processor. Replace the steam trays.

Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Remove the steam trays and place the reserved fumet and a teaspoon of flour in the mixing bowl of the food processor. Replace the steam trays.

Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Remove the steam trays, wait a little while for the temperature inside the robot to drop and replace the remover accessory with the blade accessory.

Place the cod in a dish and pour the crushed sauce over it.
