To prepare this recipe we can use normal or decaffeinated coffee according to our preferences. The vanilla ice cream can be replaced for example by cream, coconut or chocolate ice cream.

If it is necessary to add any sweetener we can use the one we like the most; sugar, brown sugar, honey, stevia, agave syrup.

Coffee granita with ice cream and cinnamon

 200 ml of cold brew coffee
 175 ml vanilla ice cream
 300 ml of milk
 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 Cocoa powder
 8 ice cubes
 Sweetener to taste

We mount the blade accessory on the robot.

Add 200 ml of cold coffee, 175 g of vanilla ice cream, 300 ml of milk, 1 small spoonful of cinnamon and 8 ice cubes.

Beat for 2 minutes at speed 10.

Taste the smoothie and add some sweetener if you like it sweeter.

If you have added sweetener, beat 15 seconds at speed 10. (Go back to step 3).

Ready to serve with a sprinkling of cocoa on top.
