Chocolate and coconut cream

Bear in mind that the chocolate cream will thicken once it is cold, so don't worry if the mixture is not yet the desired texture.

We can present our cream with a little grated coconut on top, some coloured chocolate shavings or chopped nuts.

Chocolate coconut milkshake

 500 ml of whole milk
 100 g chocolate couverture
 200 g of crème fraîche
 30 g of grated coconut
 6 eggs
 80 g sugar

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Chop 100 g of couverture chocolate and add it to the food processor.

Chop 30 seconds at speed 10.

Set the chocolate aside in a bowl.

We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.

Add 500 ml milk, 6 eggs, 200 g crème fraîche, 80 g sugar and 30 g grated coconut.

Cook for 15 minutes at 90ºC and speed 3.

Add the reserved chocolate.

Cook for 5 minutes at 80ºC and speed 3.

Serve in glass jars and cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours once they are lukewarm.
