Chicken nuggets recipe

 500 g skinless chicken breast
 200 g cream cheese
 100 g of breadcrumbs
 100 g Corn Flakes cereal
 Garlic powder
 Pepper
 Salt

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 500g of minced chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and ground pepper to taste.

We chop 10 seconds at speed 7.

Add 200g of cream cheese.

We grind for 10 seconds at speed 7.

We remove the dough into a bowl, make balls the size of a walnut and carefully crush them into a nugget shape.

In a separate bowl beat the egg with a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, we join the breadcrumbs with the cereals, which we will have previously broken with our fingers.

We pass the nuggets in the egg and then in the mixture of breadcrumbs and cereals. We fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides.

When we take them out, we place them on a plate with paper towels so that they absorb the excess oil.
