When presenting our mussel dip we can decorate it with paprika, a little chives, parsley, or cilantro on top.

To accompany our dip we can do it with breadsticks, potato or corn chips, vegetable crudités (carrot, celery, cucumber, pepper, etc.).

Mussels and cheese appetizer

 2 Canned Mussels in Scallop Sauce
 200 g Cream cheese
 60 g Stuffed olives

 Blade accessory
 Spatula

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 200 g of cream cheese, 60 g of olives stuffed with anchovies and the mussels with the sauce (without draining).

We grind for 1 minute at speed 10.

Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
