If we have bought the nuts raw we can toast them in the oven in a simple way and in either case we can use them peeled or with the skin. The end result will be a cream with a more toasted colour if you use them with the skin.

Add 125 g of almonds, 125 g of hazelnuts, 125 g of cashew nuts and 125 g of walnuts.
Blend for 45 seconds at speed 8.
Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
We grind for 45 seconds at speed 10.
Remove the lid again and with the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have been left on the wall of the glass.
We grind for 1 minute at speed 10.
We check that our cream has the desired texture. If we want it thinner, we repeat the previous step as many times as necessary until we get the desired texture.
