As we indicated in step 1, we must soak both the clams and the ñora, separately. The clams with a little salt to loosen the soil, and the ñora with hot water to hydrate and we can remove the meat easily. In both cases 15 minutes is enough.
First of all, we soak the clams with a little salt so that they relax the soil they have, 15 minutes will be enough. Likewise, we soak the pepper with hot water to hydrate it.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
