It is important that we choose a quality oil to prepare this recipe.
Once the garlic has been consumed, we can reserve the remaining oil and use it in future recipes, for example to dress our salads or pizzas.
We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.
Add the whole peeled garlic and 200 ml of olive oil (or until it completely covers the garlic).
Cook for 30 minutes at 80ºC and speed 1.
Open the robot and check that the garlic is tender. If it is not quite tender, repeat step 5 as many times as necessary until the desired point is reached.
Cook for 5 minutes at 80ºC and speed 1.
We wait for them to cool and they are ready to eat or store.
