A traditional Galician dish that has become very popular in the rest of Spain.
Without any accessory inside the mixing bowl of our Küken robot, we incorporate
500ml water.
Place the deep steam tray on top of the glass.
Place 600g of potatoes, peeled and cut into slices approximately 1cm thick, and place the lid on the tray.
Cook in high steam mode for 20 minutes.
Remove the lid and place 500g of cooked pork shoulder on top of the potatoes and replace the lid.
Cook in high steam mode for 5 minutes.
To assemble the dish, place the boiled potatoes on a serving dish with a little salt and extra virgin olive oil on top, then place the lacón on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, paprika and coarse salt.
