Lamb Neck Stew Recipe

 600 g Chopped lamb neck
 250 g Onion
 200 g Carrot
 200 g Peas
 2 Cloves of garlic
 100 ml White wine
 65 ml Olive oil
 1 Bay leaf
 Thyme
 Pepper
 Salt

Add 65 ml of olive oil.

Heat the oil for 2 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

Add the 600 g of minced and well seasoned lamb meat, a bay leaf and thyme to taste.

Add 250 g of onion and three garlic cloves, peeled and sliced.

Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add 200 g of peas and 200 g of carrot, peeled and sliced.

Without having to open the lid of the robot, we add 100 ml of wine through the filling hole, we leave the stopper opened to facilitate evaporation of alcohol in the next step.
