Lasagne is one of those dishes that everyone likes and which is also very complete. You can prepare it with any filling you like and, although the process is somewhat laborious, the Küken robot and the oven do most of the work.

Meat lasagne

 18 lasagne sheets
 Grated cheese for gratin
 300 g of minced veal
 300 g of chicken mince
 150 g onion
 80 g carrot
 2 garlic cloves
 700 g of natural crushed tomato
 100 ml of white wine
 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil
 Pepper

For the béchamel sauce:
 700 ml of whole milk
 75 g butter
 15 ml of olive oil
 70 g onion
 70 g of flour
 Pepper

First of all, check the instructions on the pasta packaging, depending on the manufacturer and the type of pasta, it will need to be cooked or soaked. Follow the instructions and then start cooking in the food processor.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 150g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion, 80g of peeled and thickly sliced carrot, and 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and halved.

Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.

Add 60ml of olive oil.

Set aside our bolognese in a separate bowl.

We wash the mixing bowl of the food processor and reassemble the blade attachment on our Küken.

Add 70g of onion, peeled and in medium pieces.

Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.

Add 75g of butter and 15ml of oil.

Our béchamel sauce is ready.

Next we assemble our lasagne. Place a little béchamel sauce at the bottom of the tray or baking dish, place the pasta sheets, then the filling, and so on, alternating pasta and filling until the lasagne is ready. Finally, pour and spread the béchamel sauce over the top and add grated cheese for gratin.
