The mint can be replaced by peppermint, achieving the same results.

If at the time of preparing the recipe we do not have cane sugar we can use the sweetener we have at home, white sugar, stevia, honey. Always in moderation so as not to mask too much of the acid taste of the lemon.

Lemonade with mint and cane sugar

 500 ml Cold water
 2 Lemons
 1 Sprig of mint
 25 g Cane sugar
 Ice
Küken Accessories
 Blade accessory
Elaboration
1

With the help of a peeler we remove the yellow part of the skin of the lemons and reserve it. We finish peeling the lemons removing the white part. Cut into quarters and remove the seeds.

2

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

3

Add 500 ml of water, the lemons, the yellow part of the lemon peel, 25 g of sugar and the sprig of mint, reserving a few leaves for decoration.

4

Blend for 30 seconds at speed 8.

5

We check that it is well crushed, if not, we repeat the previous step until we get the desired result.

6

If we do not like to find part of the pulp in the lemonade we strain it before. Serve with ice and decorate with some mint leaves on top.
