To prepare this recipe if we prefer we can substitute the lemons for limes.

When serving our granita we can decorate it in many ways, for example we can use citrus slices, sugar the edge of the glass or add mint leaves or mint.

Mango slushie

 400 g of ripe mango
 450 g toad skin melon
 3 lemons
 1 l of water
 Crushed ice
 Sweetener to taste (honey, sugar, panela, syrup, syrup)

Add 400 g of chopped mango, 450 g of melon, also chopped and seedless, 1 litre of water and the juice of 3 lemons.
