Seafood sauce recipe to prepare any day of the year with any type of pasta and surprise everyone.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 140g of coarsely chopped peeled onion and two peeled garlic.
Chop everything for 20 seconds on speed 2.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 30 ml of olive oil to our Küken food processor.
Cook for 5 minutes at a temperature of 60ºC and speed 1.
Then, remove the remover accessory.
Add 500g of clams, 100g of squid cut into rings, eight mussels, 50g of crushed tomato, a fish stock cube, 100ml of water and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 20 minutes at 120ºC.
