Onion soup

 600 g onion
 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
 50 ml of sherry wine
 4 slices of fried bread
 1 l of water
 2 of vegetable stock cubes
 Salt
 Pepper

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 600g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion.

Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.

With the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have stuck to the wall of the glass.

We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.

Add 50 ml of olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add 1 litre of water, 2 vegetable stock cubes and 50ml of sherry wine.

Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Fry 4 slices of bread in olive oil and set aside on a plate with absorbent paper underneath.
