The only precaution you must have is when peeling the oranges, it is important to remove all the white part that has the shell, we also recommend that you remove the white part that is inside the orange.

If we like it sweeter for future processing, we can add more sugar, although our recommendation is to add just the right amount so as not to mask the flavor of the fruit itself with sugar.

Likewise if we prefer that our jam has a more solid texture and the fruit is more appreciated, we can reduce the amount of water and enlarge the pieces.

ELABORATION
1

We wash the oranges well and using a peeler we remove the superficial skin of two oranges, only the part colored Orange. We reserve this skin. We have just peeled all the oranges, also removing the white part, which is more bitter.

2

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

3

Add 400 g of sugar, 500 ml of water, the reserved orange zest, cut into small pieces and the oranges already peeled and chopped; we make four or five pieces of each segment.

4

Bake 60 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
