The ideal way to prepare this recipe is to use fresh peas, as an alternative we can use them frozen, although it is important that when cooking they are completely thawed.

To accompany our pâté we can make it with breadsticks, pita bread, potato or corn chips, vegetarian raw vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber, pepper, etc.).

Avocado Spread

 500 g of peas
 100 g avocado
 50 g of roasted peanuts
 Juice of half a lemon
 1 sprig of coriander
 Paprika
 Pepper
 Salt

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 500 g of peas, 100 g of avocado, 50 g of peeled peanuts, a sprig of cilantro, the juice of half a lemon and paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

We grind for 1 minute at speed 9.

Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.
