We have prepared this recipe with fresh supreme cod, if we choose to do it with frozen cod, we have to make sure that when preparing the recipe the supremes are completely thawed.

Another perfect alternative to prepare this recipe can be chicken breasts or turkey tenderloins. We can also choose and combine the vegetables that we like, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, etc..

Cod with steamed vegetables recipe

 2 fresh cod supremes
 200 g onion
 200 g tomato
 300 g potato
 45 ml of olive oil
 1/2 lemon juice
 Parsley
 Pepper
 Salt
 Oregano

 Cooking basket
 Deep steam tray
 Flat steamer tray

We place the basket with its drive shaft inside our Küken.

Add 1.5 liters of water and a little salt to the glass and 300 g of peeled and sliced potatoes. 1 cm inside the basket.

Bake 30 minutes at 120°C.

We reserve the potatoes.

Remove the cooking basket with its axis and place the deep steamer tray.

Add 200g of onion and 200g of tomato, both sliced, and season to taste.

We place the flat steamer tray on top and put the supreme cod. Season to taste and we put the lid on.

In the next step, we need to add the potatoes that we have reserved inside the tray next to the cod. We will do this when there are 10 minutes left to complete the program.

Bake 40 minutes at 120°C.

We serve our cod with the potatoes and vegetables, add the juice of half a lemon, oregano and chopped parsley on top.
