To prepare our broth, we can choose the broth trays that they sell already prepared in our usual store.

With the base of this broth we can prepare a delicious soup, just add our favorite pasta and cook for the time set by the manufacturer.

Homemade chicken and vegetable broth recipe

 ½ medium chicken
 250 g carrot
 150 g leek
 50 g celery
 100 g turnip
 100 g parsnip
 12 l of water

Without any accessories inside our Küken robot, we introduce 1.2 liters of water and all the Ingredients; half chicken, 250 g of carrot, 150 g of leek, 50 g of celery, 100 g of turnip and 100 g of parsnip, well washed chicken and celery, and the rest of the peeled vegetables.

Bake for 60 minutes at 120°C.

Add water to the maximum glass capacity mark.
