Perfect recipe to take advantage of rice that we have left over from a previous cooking.
We can also use any type of cooked pasta as a base.
If we are lactose intolerant or vegan we can substitute the cream for some cream.
using coconut or cashew milk, for example.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 150 g of peeled and chopped onion.
Program the robot 1 minute at speed 2.
Open the lid of our Küken and with the help of the spatula, remove the onion that has stuck to the wall of the robot.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 50 ml of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Program the robot for 10 minutes, 120ºC and speed 1.
Add 20 g of pine nuts and 30 g of raisins.
Program 2 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
Add 300 g of spinach and a pinch of salt.
Program our Küken for 8 minutes, 120ºC and speed 1.
Add 200 ml of cream, a little salt and pepper to taste.
Program 4 minutes at 100ºC and speed 1.
Taste the cream and correct the salt if necessary. Set aside in a bowl.
Remove the remover accessory and place the basket together with the clamping shaft.
Add 1 litre of water or stock into the glass of our food processor and 250g of rice into the basket.
We program our Küken 18 minutes at 120ºC.
Check that the rice is to our liking, if not we return to program the robot to reach the desired point.
Remove the rice from the basket and add it to the bowl along with the spinach and nuts. Mix all the ingredients well.
Serve, decorating with the pine nuts and raisins that are left over and sprinkle some freshly ground pepper on top.
