When it comes to presenting we can make our salad the traditional way with mayonnaise, or if we prefer a healthier option, we can add a little extra virgin olive oil.

Steamed Russian salad recipe

 350 g of potatoes
 200 g of green beans
 130 g carrot
 150 g of canned tuna
 3 eggs
 Salt
 Water

Without any accessories inside our Küken robot, we introduce 1 liter of water and three eggs.

We place the deep steam tray on the glass of the robot.

Add the vegetables in small pieces; 350 g of potatoes, 130 g of carrots and 200 g of green beans, potatoes and peeled carrots. We put the lid on.

Bake 20 minutes at 120°C.

We remove the eggs, taking care not to burn ourselves, and we cool them in water. We check that the vegetables are well cooked, if this is not the case, we return to the previous step and put the food processor for 5 minutes at 120°C. We repeat this step as often as necessary until the desired cooking is obtained.

We pass the vegetables to a spring or in a large bowl to cool. Add the eggs in small pieces and 150 g canned tuna. We add salt to taste and mix all the ingredients well. Once tempered, we put the salad in the refrigerator for the time needed to finish cooling.
