If we do not have tuna we can substitute it with tuna, always trying to be of quality and better in olive oil.

The pickled gherkins can be replaced by some other pickle that is to our taste, we can use for example pickled chives, capers, etc., or combine several of them.

Stuffed with tuna and hard-boiled egg

 160 g of canned bonito tuna
 2 eggs
 70 g of pickled gherkins
 15 g of pickled jalapeños
 30 g of spring onion
 90 g of mayonnaise

We place the basket next to its drive shaft inside our Küken robot.

Add 1 litre of water into the mixing bowl and two eggs into the basket.

Cook for 15 minutes at 120º.

Set aside the boiled eggs.

Replace the basket with the blade accessory.

Add 160 g of tuna, the two boiled eggs, 30 g of spring onions, 70 g of gherkins, 15 g of jalapeños, 90 g of mayonnaise and a little freshly ground pepper.

Blend for 25 seconds at speed 5.
