Tasty recipe very easy to prepare, ideal for celebrations and special days.

Before starting to cook, defrost the scallops, prawns and mussels. If we have bought the monkfish frozen, we also defrost it.
Step 2. Without any accessories inside the Küken food processor, add water up to the half-litre mark.
Step 3. Place the monkfish, peeled prawns and shelled mussels in the deep steam tray. Put the lid on.
Step 4. Cook for 18 minutes in high steam mode.
Set aside the monkfish, prawns and mussels on a plate.
Step 6. Remove the excess water, clean the mixing bowl and fit the blade accessory.
Step 7. Add 100g of coarsely chopped onion.
Step 8. Chop 10 seconds on speed 3.
Step 9. Replace the blade accessory with the remover accessory.
Step 10. Add a knob of butter.
Step 11. Cook for 10 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
Step 12. Add three large spoonfuls of flour.
Step 13. Cook for 1 minute at 90ºC and speed 1.
Step 14. Add 500 ml of milk, a little nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 15. Cook for 15 minutes at 90ºC and speed 4.
Step 16. Add the monkfish, shredded with the fingers, the prawns and the mussels.
Step 17. Cook for 1 minute at 90ºC and speed 1.
Step 18. Transfer the contents to a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat up and down.
Place the scallops on a baking tray and fill them with the mixture we have prepared. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 180ºC until golden brown.
Step 21. Our recipe is ready to serve.
