With only four ingredients we will prepare a dessert that will delight everyone at home, and as it has fresh fruit, this dessert is a healthier alternative to those we can find in the shops.

If we want to reduce the caloric intake we can substitute the sugar for some of the natural alternatives that we find in the shops, stevia, agave syrup, rice molasses, etc.

Strawberry curd recipe

 760 ml of milk
 300 g of strawberries
 170 g sugar
 2 curd sachets
Küken ACCESSORIES
 Blade accessory
 Solvent accessory
 Spatula

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 300g of strawberries, very clean, without the stem and cut in half.

We grind for 15 seconds at speed 8.

Remove the cover and with the help of the spatula we push the remains that may have remained on the wall of the glass down.

Add two sachets of curd.

Beat 10 seconds at speed 8.

Reserve the contents in a bowl and replace the blade accessory with the stirring accessory.

Add 760ml of milk and 170g of sugar.

Cook for 10 minutes at 80ºC and speed 1.

Add the contents that we had reserved in the separate bowl.

Stir for 20 seconds on speed 3.

Cook for 5 minutes at 80ºC and speed 1.

We pour the contents into the containers we have chosen to serve them, we can use crystal glasses or small bowls.

Let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and they will be ready to drink.
