Spicy veal with vegetables recipe
This recipe is easy to prepare and will please the whole family. The veal is very tender and tasty thanks to the contribution of the different vegetables, as well as the spicy touch provided by the chilli peppers.
If you don't like spicy dishes at home, don't add the chilli peppers, no problem. The ideal accompaniment to this dish is fried potatoes or a little cooked rice. A vegan alternative to this recipe is to replace the beef with seitan, the texture and flavour will surprise you.
This recipe with tender veal and spicy vegetables is very easy to prepare and will please the whole family.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 100g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion and a couple of sprigs of parsley.
Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.
We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.
Add 40ml of olive oil.
Cook for 3 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
Add 100g of carrot, peeled and cut into thick sliced quarters, 150g of green pepper and 150g of red pepper, in pieces of about 2 centimetres, 100g of natural tomato also in not too small pieces, 3 small chilli peppers and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 15 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add 700g of veal in pieces of about 2 or 3 centimetres and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
Add 1 tablespoon of cornflour.
Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
