As we explained in the first step of the recipe, the chicken should be left to rest with the spices at least 2 hours before preparing it, although it is ideal to have it from the day before.
So if we have time, we can choose to prepare the meat a day before and let it rest in the refrigerator, in doing so we make sure that the meat has been well impregnated with spices, obtaining a tastier end result.
First of all, we prepare the chicken; we cut it into strips and put it in a bowl, add 5 g of turmeric, 2 g of Cayenne pepper and season to taste. We stir everything so that the chicken is well covered with spices and let it stand for a minimum of 2 hours
We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.
We add 45 ml of olive oil.
We heat for 2 minutes at 100 ° C and at speed 1.
We incorporate the meat we had reserved.
Bake for 15 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.
Add 250 g of onion and three garlic, all peeled and sliced, 150 g of red pepper and 150 g of green pepper, strips and a little salt.
Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.
