For future elaborations we can add the ones we like the most; courgettes, eggplants, leeks, artichokes...they are just some of the options we can choose to go with our pasta.
As soon as the type of pasta we can choose the format we like the most, the only thing we will have to take into account is the cooking time set by the manufacturer and adapting it to our recipe.
First, we cut all the vegetables into small pieces and set them aside.
We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.
Add a liter of water, a bay leaf and a pinch of salt.
We heat the water for 10 minutes at 120°C and at speed 1.
Add the pasta we have chosen and cook them for the time set by the manufacturer so that they are "Al dente". By default, we schedule 10 minutes but we can adapt it according to the time we need
Bake 10 minutes at 120°C.
We remove the pasta, drain it and set it aside in a bowl.
We rinse the glass of our robot and replace the extraction accessory.
Add 50 ml of olive oil and finely chopped garlic.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add all the chopped vegetables and season to taste.
Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add the cooked pasta and 10 ml of soy sauce.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
