Once the dough is installed, we can start preparing the dough to make our Pizza. We cut a portion and make a ball with it, on a very clean and dry smooth surface, sprinkle a little flour, place the dough and go to stretch it and give it the desired shape, for this we can help each other with a kitchen roll, if we don't have it, we can use a glass bottle.

With caution we place the stretched dough on a baking sheet with baking paper and we prepare the pizza to our taste.

Receta masa de pizza casera

 350 g de harina de fuerza
 200 ml of water
 65 ml of olive oil
 25 g de levadura fresca prensada
 3 g of salt

Add 200ml of water and 25g of fresh yeast, crumbled with our fingers.

Add 350 g of flour, 65 ml of oil and 3 g of salt.

Remove the blade accessory and remove the dough, make a ball and set it aside in a bowl that covers it. with absorbent paper. Leave to stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
