Today's homemade bread recipe is the perfect way to get started in the world of bread and is guaranteed to be a success.
Simple and quick to make with our Küken Kitchen Robot. In less than an hour, the loaf you see on the front page is ready to eat.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 160ml of mineral water, 20ml of olive oil and 20g of crumbled fresh yeast.
Stir for 2 minutes at 37ºC and speed 1.
Add 350g of sifted flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
We give 4 short presses to the TURBO button.
Knead for 3 minutes on speed 2.
Check that the dough comes away from the wall of the mixing bowl, if it sticks we can add a little more flour and knead for a few seconds.
Remove the dough from the food processor, shape it into a loaf with floured hands and make a few cuts in the top with a knife. With a pastry brush, brush the bread with olive oil and sprinkle a little flour on top.
Place the loaf on a tray and bake it for 40-45 minutes at 180ºC, the oven should not be preheated.
Allow to cool slightly

Good morning,
Isn't it necessary to leave the dough to ferment for some time before putting it in the oven?
Good morning Sonia.
In this recipe we do not ferment the dough because it is a quick way to make homemade bread, but we can perfectly make the decision to ferment the dough for about 1.5 or 2 hours. I hope I have helped you.
Greetings.
