Banana and blueberry ice creamWhen preparing this recipe we must take into account the time that the bananas have to be previously in the freezer, about 5 hours. If we are vegan, lactose intolerant, or simply prefer it, we can replace the cold milk with coconut milk or any other type of vegetable drink. When freezing the bananas it is important to cover them well so that they do not pick up flavors or aromas of other foods that we have in the freezer. We can present our ice cream with blueberries or berries on top.

Steamed accelgas with chickpeas recipeTo prepare this recipe we have started from the basis of having previously cooked chickpeas. You can use canned chickpeas already cooked, but we recommend cooking them at home. And with our Küken robot we can do it very easily. To cook them, first of all we put the chickpeas to soak with a little salt, at least 8 hours before preparing the recipe. After this time and without any accessory inside our robot, we add 1 litre of water and the chickpeas. Cook for 45 minutes at 120º and speed 1. Drain the chickpeas and they are ready to use in our recipe. In this type of recipes that we must alternate between the different accessories we must be careful not to burn or cut ourselves when handling the accessories.
