Receta de Solomillo al vapor con base de patatas

Hemos acompañado esta receta de solomillo al vapor con una base de patatas fritas, si lo preferimos podemos preparar las patatas en una freidora de aire, si disponemos de ella, así conseguiremos una receta más saludable y con menos grasas. Otra opción es acompañar el solomillo con un puré de patatas o unas verduras asadas. Hay múltiples opciones de acompañar este saludable y delicioso solomillo.

 1 pork fillet
 400 g potato
 1 clove of garlic
 20 ml of olive oil
 20 ml soy sauce
 1 meat stock cube
 1 l of water
 2 tsp of Provençal herbs
 1 tsp peppercorns
 Salt
 1 airtight bag

We mount the blade accessory on our food processor.
Step 13. Our dish is ready to serve.

Add 20ml of olive oil, a peeled clove of garlic, two teaspoons of Provencal herbs, 20ml of soy sauce and a meat stock cube crumbled with your fingers.

We grind for 20 seconds at speed 6.

Carefully pour the contents into an airtight bag, put the sirloin, five or six peppercorns and seal the bag tightly.

Remove the blade and rinse the mixing bowl.

Without any accessories inside the glass, add 1 litre of water.

Place the deep steam tray and the bag with the sirloin inside. Put the lid on.

Cook for 50 minutes in high steam mode.

Remove the bag and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Remove the sirloin from the bag and place it with the sauce on a baking tray. Brown it in the oven for a few minutes.

While the sirloin is browning, fry some thinly sliced potatoes.

Assemble the dish; place the chips on the base, top with the sirloin steak cut into thick slices, about four centimetres thick, and place the sauce from cooking the sirloin on top.
