Delicious recipe for steamed sirloin steak with a low-fat potato base and very easy to prepare, ideal for healthy low-fat diets.

We mount the blade accessory on our food processor.
Step 13. Our dish is ready to serve.
Add 20ml of olive oil, a peeled clove of garlic, two teaspoons of Provencal herbs, 20ml of soy sauce and a meat stock cube crumbled with your fingers.
We grind for 20 seconds at speed 6.
Carefully pour the contents into an airtight bag, put the sirloin, five or six peppercorns and seal the bag tightly.
Remove the blade and rinse the mixing bowl.
Without any accessories inside the glass, add 1 litre of water.
Place the deep steam tray and the bag with the sirloin inside. Put the lid on.
Cook for 50 minutes in high steam mode.
Remove the bag and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Remove the sirloin from the bag and place it with the sauce on a baking tray. Brown it in the oven for a few minutes.
While the sirloin is browning, fry some thinly sliced potatoes.
Assemble the dish; place the chips on the base, top with the sirloin steak cut into thick slices, about four centimetres thick, and place the sauce from cooking the sirloin on top.
Our dish is ready to serve.
