Recipe for beef and chicken bolognese. Perfect to accompany our favourite pasta dishes.

Very easy to prepare with the help of our Küken food processor, this bolognese will take your pasta dishes to the next level.

To prepare it we have used beef and chicken, but if we prefer and depending on our tastes, we can also use pork, in combination with the other two, with one of them or just this one alone.

 150 g onion
 80 g carrot
 2 garlic cloves
 700 g of natural crushed tomato
 100 ml of white wine
 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 150g of peeled and coarsely chopped onion, 80g of peeled and thickly sliced carrot, and 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and halved.

Chop 6 seconds at speed 6.

With the help of the spatula push to the bottom the remains that may have stuck to the wall of the glass.

Add 60ml of olive oil.
