 1 kg of clean octopus
 400 g onion
 200 g of fried tomato
 2 parsley sprigs
 1 clove of garlic
 25 ml of olive oil
 2 cayenne
 1 bay leaf
 ½ tsp of sweet paprika
 ½ tsp of hot paprika
 Pepper
 Salt

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 400g of julienned onion, one chopped garlic and 25 ml of olive oil.

Cook for 10 minutes at 120 ° C and speed 1.

Add 200g of fried tomato and two sprigs of finely chopped and cleaned parsley.

Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add 1kg of octopus, a bay leaf, two cayenne peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for 50 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
