To accompany our Greek sauce, we can do it with breadsticks, pita bread, potato or corn chips, vegetarian raw vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber, pepper, etc.).

It can also be used as a filling for sandwiches and sandwiches, spread on crusty bread or as a filling for various dishes.

Salsa griega con pepino

 500 g de pepino
 2 yogures de soja sin azucarar (250g)
 30 ml of olive oil
 15 ml de zumo de limón
 1 ramita de eneldo
 1 clove of garlic
 Pepper
 Coarse salt

Peel the cucumbers, removing the tips, medium dice them and put them in a bowl. We add a little coarse salt and stir so that the salt is evenly distributed. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add the cucumber, draining the water that has been released, 2 soy yogurts, 1 clove of garlic, the sprig of dill, 30 ml of olive oil, 15 ml of lemon juice and pepper to taste.

We grind for 20 seconds at speed 5.
