Vegetable smoothie with plums and ginger

We have prepared this recipe with oat vegetable drink but we can choose another type of vegetable drink, such as soy, rice, almond, etc...

When serving our smoothie we can serve it with an ice cube to keep it cold and decorate it with raisins or blueberries on top.

 500 ml of vegetable oat drink
 300 g of plums
 ½ lemon
 5 g fresh ginger
 30 g of brown sugar
 4 ice cubes

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add 500 ml of vegetable oat drink, 300 g of pitted and chopped plums, the juice of half a lime, 5 g of peeled ginger, 30 g of brown sugar and four ice cubes.

Beat for 1 minute at speed 10.

Our smoothie is ready to drink.
