When preparing this recipe we must take into account the time needed to cool the cream and milk previously in the freezer, 30 minutes.

It is very important that the cream is very cold when we are going to use it, so it will whip more easily.

We can present our milkshake with cocoa sprinkled on top, colored shavings, chopped nuts, etc..

 700 ml Milk
 140 g Cocoa powder

Put the cream and milk in the freezer 30 minutes before preparing the recipe.

We mount the whisk accessory on our EASYChef robot.

Add the 300 ml of cold cream.

Beat for 3 and a half minutes at speed 5.

Put the whipped cream in the fridge.

Replace the whisk attachment with the stirring attachment.

Add 700 ml of cold milk, 140 g of cocoa powder and sweetener to taste.

Stir 1 minute at speed 9.

Taste the shake and add more sweetener if necessary. In case of adding more, repeat the previous step.

Divide the contents into glasses and place the whipped cream on top.
