Receta de Sopa de ajo
Traditional recipe for garlic soup or also called "sopa Castellana".
Like all these spoon dishes, such as soups, they are perfect for warming the body and comforting it on cold days or at times when our body is intemperate and lacking in energy.
The ideal way to make this soup is to use bread that is more similar to the bread that was made in the past, which gives the garlic soup a more special texture and flavour.
From a few simple ingredients we get a delicious soup that is very easy to prepare with the Küken robot.
We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 60 ml of olive oil.
We heat for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add 8 cloves of peeled and sliced garlic.
Cook 4 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
Add 100g of thinly sliced bread.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add 1400 ml of water, 2 vegetable stock cubes, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
The next step is programmed at 20 minutes, after 10 minutes we will open the filler cap to facilitate the steam release.
Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Add 4 eggs through the filling hole. We recommend breaking them in a separate dish and checking that there are no remains of shell.
Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
Our garlic soup is ready!
