Strawberry Lemon Soda Recipe

Perfect to cool off and treat yourself on a hot day.
Give your children a healthy soft drink, forget about the juices and preparations sold in stores that have an exaggerated amount of sugar. It's also a fun way to eat fruit.
In case we need it, if we prefer, we can replace the brown sugar with some other sweetener, for example, we can use honey, agave syrup, stevia, etc.
When we serve our soft drink, we can decorate it in many ways, for example, we can use citrus slices, soften the edge of the glass or add mint or spearmint leaves.
We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.
Add 500 g of strawberries and 200 ml of water.
We grind for 45 seconds at speed 10.
Add 1 lemon, clean and cut into medium pieces without the seeds.
We grind for 30 seconds at speed 10.
We taste the soda and if we prefer it sweeter, we add brown sugar.
We grind for 15 seconds at speed 10.
We pass the contents into a jar, filtering it beforehand to remove the remains of pulp. We add 8 cubes and let cool a little before servin.
