Today we prepare a delicious recipe of whole wheat pasta with sautéed vegetables, perfect for a healthy and energetic meal.

It is also quick and easy to make with the Küken food processor, with a tasty and perfect result to give us the energy our body needs.

Ideal for athletes, if we are on a diet or simply if we want to eat healthy because it has almost no fat and is very healthy.

 300 g wholemeal pasta
 100 g of red pepper
 100 g of green pepper
 2 garlic cloves
 100 g of cabbage
 100 g onion
 50 ml of olive oil
 10 ml soy sauce
 1 bay leaf
 Pepper
 Salt
 1 l Water

ELABORATION

First, we cut all the vegetables into small pieces and set them aside.

We mount the extraction accessory on our Küken robot.

Add a liter of water, a bay leaf and a pinch of salt.

We heat the water for 10 minutes at 120°C and at speed 1.

Add the pasta we have chosen and cook them for the time set by the manufacturer so that they are "Al dente". By default, we schedule 10 minutes but we can adapt it according to the time we need

Bake 10 minutes at 120°C.

We remove the pasta, drain it and set it aside in a bowl.

We rinse the glass of our robot and replace the extraction accessory.

Add 50 ml of olive oil and finely chopped garlic.

Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add all the chopped vegetables and season to taste.

Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add the cooked pasta and 10 ml of soy sauce.

Cook for 2 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
