Hake with shrimps and steamed mussels recipe

Spectacular recipe for hake with prawns and mussels steamed with the Küken food processor.

A recipe that we can make all year round but above all it is an ideal dish to make this Christmas, as it is balanced and quite light.

As we always say, in the recipes that we cook with fish, it is important to ensure that the fish is fresh and of the highest quality possible.

As with shrimp, it is advisable to use shrimp, or any other variety that is not too small.

We recommend placing all the fish in a large dish and adding the sauce that has been left inside the food processor bowl on top.

For future developments, if we prefer and want to go with small variations, we can replace the hake loins with other types of fish that we like. You can also substitute mussels for clams.

 2 lomos de merluza (600 gr)
 500 g de mejillones
 250 g de gambas
 3 garlic cloves
 100 ml de vino blanco
 100 ml of water
 50 ml of olive oil
 Saffron threads
 2 ramitas de perejil
 1 guindilla
 Pepper
 Salt

ELABORATION

First, we clean the mussels well and set them aside in a bowl.

We mount the blade accessory on our Küken robot.

Add the two sprigs of parsley previously washed under the tap and then dried well.

We chop 10 seconds at speed 7.

We remove the parsley and set it aside.

Add three whole peeled garlic cloves.

We chop 10 seconds at speed 7.

We replace the blade accessory with the extraction accessory.

Add 50 ml of olive oil and a chilli pepper.

Cook for 5 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.

Add 100 ml of water, 100 ml of white wine, the chopped parsley and a few threads of saffron.

We place the deep steamer tray on top with the molds inside, and on top the flat steamer tray. with hake and prawns. Before placing the hake and shrimp, spread the bottom of the pan with a little oil, and Once the ingredients are in place, add more olive oil on top and season to taste. We put the lid on.

We steam for 20 minutes at 120°C.

We remove the mussels and set them aside in a bowl. We put the steam trays back on top.

Steam for 10 minutes at 120°C.

Return the molds to the deep steamer tray, also placing the tray on top. flat steam.

We steam for 2 minutes at 120°C.
