Chickpea stew recipe

When preparing this recipe, we must take into account the time they have to be the previously soaked chickpeas, a minimum of 8 hours.
To prepare our stew we can choose the stew trays already prepared in our usual store. According to the site, these preparations may contain an ingredient other than the one used in our recipe, there is no problem in that, the result will be perfect in any case.

First, we soak the chickpeas with a little salt, at least 8 hours before preparing the recipe.
Without any accessories inside our Küken robot, we add 1.2 liters of water and the rest of the ingredients minus the cabbage and the potato; i.e. chickpeas, 200 g chicken meat, 100 g veal, 100 g spine, 100 g white bacon, ham bone and salted bone.
Bake 45 minutes at 120°C.
Remove the chickpeas and set them aside in a bowl. We leave the rest of the ingredients inside.
We add 200 g of potato peeled and chopped, and water to the glass's maximum capacity mark.
Bake for 60 minutes at 120°C.
Add 200 g of chopped cabbage, chickpeas and add water to the maximum capacity mark of the glass.
Bake 20 minutes at 120°C and speed 1.
